4. Plans, Payments, and Subscriptions
RackViz may offer free and paid plans, including Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans.
Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges for your selected plan.
Subscription terms, billing intervals, pricing, and included features may vary by plan.
Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.
5. Cancellations
You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal or another method provided by RackViz.
If you cancel a subscription, your paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.
After the paid access period ends, your account may be moved to the Starter plan or another available free plan.
6. Refunds
Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise by RackViz.
If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us as soon as possible.
7. Software License
Subject to these Terms and your selected plan, RackViz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and services.
You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from RackViz except where allowed by law.
RackViz may provide updates, improvements, or changes to the software from time to time.
8. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse RackViz or interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.
You may not use RackViz for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.
You may not attempt to bypass licensing, payment, authentication, security, or access controls.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RackViz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.
RackViz will not be liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.
16. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to RackViz if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay required fees, or create risk for RackViz or other users.
You may stop using RackViz at any time.
