If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use RackViz.

RackViz provides software and web-based tools that help users plan, organize, and visualize IT data center environments.

RackViz may include account features, downloads, licensing, subscription management, contact forms, support tools, and related services.

You may need an account to access certain RackViz features.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate information and to update it when necessary.

RackViz may offer free and paid plans, including Starter, Professional, and Enterprise plans.

Paid plans are billed through our payment provider. By purchasing a paid plan, you authorize the applicable charges for your selected plan.

Subscription terms, billing intervals, pricing, and included features may vary by plan.

Unless stated otherwise, subscriptions automatically renew until canceled.

You may cancel a paid subscription through the billing portal or another method provided by RackViz.

If you cancel a subscription, your paid access may continue until the end of the current billing period unless otherwise stated.

After the paid access period ends, your account may be moved to the Starter plan or another available free plan.

Payments are generally non-refundable unless required by law or stated otherwise by RackViz.

If you believe there has been a billing error, contact us as soon as possible.

Subject to these Terms and your selected plan, RackViz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the software and services.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, sublicense, reverse engineer, or attempt to extract source code from RackViz except where allowed by law.

RackViz may provide updates, improvements, or changes to the software from time to time.

You agree not to misuse RackViz or interfere with the operation, security, or availability of the service.

You may not use RackViz for unlawful, abusive, harmful, fraudulent, or unauthorized purposes.

You may not attempt to bypass licensing, payment, authentication, security, or access controls.

You are responsible for the information, files, messages, diagrams, data, or other content you submit to RackViz.

You retain ownership of your content, but you grant RackViz permission to process it as needed to provide, maintain, secure, and improve the service.

Do not submit content that you do not have the right to use.

RackViz, including its software, website, design, branding, logos, features, and related materials, is owned by RackViz or its licensors.

These Terms do not transfer ownership of RackViz intellectual property to you.

If you submit feedback, ideas, bug reports, or feature requests, RackViz may use them without restriction or compensation to you.

RackViz may rely on third-party services for hosting, authentication, payments, email delivery, analytics, asset delivery, security, and other functionality.

Third-party services may have their own terms and policies.

RackViz is not responsible for third-party services outside our control.

We aim to keep RackViz available and reliable, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.

RackViz may be updated, suspended, limited, or discontinued at any time.

RackViz is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RackViz disclaims warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, availability, accuracy, and reliability.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RackViz will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages.

RackViz will not be liable for lost profits, lost data, business interruption, or damages arising from your use of or inability to use the service.

We may suspend or terminate access to RackViz if you violate these Terms, misuse the service, fail to pay required fees, or create risk for RackViz or other users.

You may stop using RackViz at any time.

We may update these Terms from time to time.

When we make changes, we will update the effective date above.

Your continued use of RackViz after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
