RackViz does not store full payment card details.

RackViz uses third-party providers to operate parts of the website and service, including Supabase for authentication, database, and backend services; Stripe for payments and subscription management; Resend for email delivery; Framer for website hosting; and Cloudflare or similar providers for asset delivery, security, and downloads.

These providers may process personal information only as needed to provide their services to RackViz.

We may send transactional emails related to your account, password resets, purchases, subscriptions, contact form submissions, support requests, and service updates.

If you contact us through a form, we may reply using the email address you provided.

You may also manage your subscription through the billing portal when available.

RackViz is not intended for children under 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.
